What are the maximum donation amounts?
The maximum donation amount under 1 scratch dot is $3.00. The donation amounts range from $0.50 to $3.00.

How many coupon sheets are included per scratch card?
30 coupon sheets come with each scratch card. You should ask your donors to scratch 2 or more times in order to receive their full coupon sheet. This way, instead of seeing 50 people to complete your card, you'll only need to see about 20. Please note: If you want 1 coupon sheet per scratch dot, we would be happy to include an extra coupon pad per scratch card, free of charge.

What colors do Skratchers Cards come in?
Blue, purple, red or green. Go ahead and match them to your team's colors.

How big is the Skratchers card?
When folded closed, the card is 7 inches high and 4 inches wide. It fits neatly into your pocket, so it can be easily carried around.

What is the quality of the Skratchers card?
We apply 3 coats of varnish, which gives it an attractive glossy look and helps to maintain the scratch card throughout the entire fundraiser.

When and how do we have to pay for the scratch cards?
Several options are available: 

1- Purchase order form- we will then invoice your school/group 30 days from the date of delivery. 
2- Credit Card- receive a $100 bonus. Pay by credit card and receive 1 extra scratch card with your order. 
3- Check- mail us a check OR have a check ready for COD.

How long is delivery?
Our standard service is to deliver your cards within 7 days from the day you place your order. Two-day and overnight service is also available for a small additional charge.

Are there any additional charges such as shipping and handling?

Name and logo printing is free of charge!
