Firstly, what is Skratchers?
The Skratchers card is a booklet that folds into 3 and fits into
your pocket- really simple for your fundraising participants to
carry around. On the outside of the card, we can print your group
name and or logo (design one yourself or use an existing one!).
On the inside of the Skratchers card, there are 50 scratch dots,
each one of them containing hidden donation amounts ranging from
$0.50 to $3.00. On the center panel, there is a full coupon pad
with 30 coupon sheets with exclusive coupon sheets from your local
area (this is where it's really important for you to get involved!)

How Does Skratchers Work?
I recommend you order one Skratchers card per fundraising participant.
i.e. If you have 20 players on your team, simply order 20 Skratchers
cards. They will approach friends, family, close neighbours (always
in groups of 2) and the parents can bring it to work with them as
well. They will ask them to SCRATCH 2 or more circles, to reveal
their donation to your group. IN RETURN for their donation, they
will receive a full coupon sheet containing up to 10 exclusive offers
at local merchants in your area. THAT'S RIGHT, for giving
a token donation of $1 to $6, they will receive discounts at popular
local merchants where they will receive even more back than what
they originally donated. And that's a sign of a great DIY
community fundraiser- when your group can make a lot of money, help
out your local merchants, AND deliver top value to your supporters.
What Makes Skratchers a DIY Fundraiser?
An enormous part of the VALUE from this fundraiser is the local
coupons that your supporters will receive as a Thank-You for their
donation. Make a list of local merchants that you think would be
of interest to your community. Fast food and local family restaurants
are usually very popular. Dry cleaners, video stores, sports stores
are other good ones, amusement parks are other good ones (think
of all the sponsors that already support your local organization
or that support the local sports teams). We will equip you with
Coupon Agreements that you will use to easily sign-up your favourite

How Much Money Will YOUR Group Make? Yes, over 100% Profit!
EACH Skratchers card raises $100 when all of the dots have been
scratched off. The cost per card (including the design and printing
of the coupons and the printing of your group logo on all of the
scratch cards) is only $20, giving you a profit of $80 per card.
But wait- it gets even better. There are 2 other ways that you can
make even more money.
FIRSTLY, you can ask your local merchants
to make a $50 donation (for example) to be part of this fundraising
program (after all, you are distributing coupons for them). If you
sign-up 10 merchants at $50 each, you just made $500, which would
more than cover the cost of ordering 20 scratch cards- already you’ve
made over 100% profit!
SECONDLY, when you order your Skratchers cards with us, we’ll
provide you with 20% free cards- the money raised from these 20%
free cards covers the entire cost of your fundraiser. How? Let’s
use an example. If you order 20 scratch cards, your cost is $400
(20 cards x $20 per card). We’ll give you 4 free cards (20
cards x 20% free). These 4 free cards will raise you $400 profit
